All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Payment must be made in full at checkout using accepted payment methods (credit/debit card, EFT, or other available options). Orders will only be processed once payment is received.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We offer delivery across South Africa. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary due to courier delays or regional restrictions. We are not liable for delays beyond our control. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. Unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if in original condition. Refunds (excluding delivery charges) will be processed within 10 working days once we’ve received and inspected the return. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
